If you wish to reproduce text or photographic content either in part or whole for non-commercial purposes: please contact me first for permission - thanks. Permission is usually given provided that a link back to the page containing the photograph is given.

If you wish to licence images commercially for print or Web reproduction, then please contact me. Terms vary widely according to usage, but are in any case subject to the following:

General Terms and Conditions for image licensing

Grant of Rights

Danny Callcut represents and warrants that he is the owner of the photographs and has the unrestricted right to grant this license and rights. This license is valid only for the listed use. Any other use or reuse requires a new license. Client may not transfer this license. Licensed images may be altered.


Licensing fees can be paid using Paypal. Cheques are also accepted. For accounts or purchase orders, full payment must be received within 45 days after the invoice date or prior to publication. Rights are not transfered before payment is received.

Credit (mandatory for editorial uses)

© Danny Callcut/, must appear on the same page as the photograph(s), except for covers and textbooks, where credit may be given on a separate page. If licensed for Web use, credit must link to


Client shall provide, if requested, one copy of the use.


Danny Callcut does not have model, property, or other releases. Client indemnifies Danny Callcut against all liabilities and expenses arising from unauthorized uses.
